The Goblin’s caved city was long forgotten by the world of man, but researchers of the east never gave up hope. Finally, after years of research and exploration, they rediscovered the Goblin’s cave. Little known to them, the myths did the grandeur of the Goblin’s legacy ill just.

All about the cave wooden platforms and cranes. The never ending mine carts brought pile after pile of golden ores. Bustling and scattering, the Goblins paid little attention to the wondering researchers.

Finally the researchers entered the inner most cave- what lay before them they were ill prepared for. A city, dating back eons, lay before their eyes. Gold was poured into giant casts, buildings inlaid with golden domes, and lava spilling about.

From block-outs to resource gathering- everything in these early stages dictates the final outcome of this project. I’ll equally [if not more] spend time designing through isometric drawings.

Basic Block-out

In these early stages it is important to determine accurate scale and to explore the composition of the city.

Replacing the block out

Process of replacing the block- out includes creating assets and finding assets to customizing found ones.

Exploration of a City

The continuation of replacing the assets but this time in a city. When creating cities detail and ‘eye resting space’ is essential.

Human Failure

Through the process of learning I, perhaps for the better, accidentally deleted the city in the prior image.
